Our Vision
As promoters of development and progress, we, the TAMELY Group, have defined "La Cité d'Abraham" as our flagship project. The principal mission is a social one with our contribution to the progress of the Congolese society through our sustainable, environmentally responsible, resource-efficient, family friendly and organized township in a secure environment and for the enjoyment of its residents and visitors.

Our Founders
Abraham Pinhas
This City of Abraham Foundation project is led by Mrs. Taly Pinhas and initiated by Mr. Abraham Pinhas, whose skills in the field of management and steering of activities are unquestionable.
Abraham Pinhas is an Israeli citizen, born in Tangiers, Morocco, is an entrepreneur, founder and co-founder of several successful companies with a presence throughout the Democratic Republic of Congo since 1963.
Taly Pinhas
Taly Pinhas is an Israeli citizen who grew up and resides in the DR Congo since 1972.
She is an entrepreneur and founder fo several companies within and outside of the DR Congo.
She co-manages the companies with her father Abraham Pinhas.

The construction of the cité d'Abraham is an original work by the citée d'Abraham Foundation, which is currently being carried out by TAMELY SARL. It should be noted that this is an international project. The Cité d'Abraham Foundation will be set up wherever in the world the need arises. And the foundation is open to international and national investment.
